The complete app guide

Flyer Fly, without the guessing.

Set up your brand once. Then make clear, on-brand posters without starting from scratch every time.

Start here

Your first ten minutes

You do not need to fill in everything. A logo, a few colours, and one good photo are enough to begin.

1. Add a logo

Use the clearest version you have. A PNG with a clear background works well.

2. Pick colours

Pull them from the logo or choose each colour yourself.

3. Add pictures

Upload products, people, events, or anything the poster should show.

4. Write the brief

Add the title, date, place, details, contact, and next step.

5. Check the size

Choose the poster shape and image quality before you generate.

6. Generate

Your finished poster will open in Projects.

Prefer onscreen help? Open Help in the top bar. Choose Show me around or Set up my brand. Every step can be skipped.
The Flyer Fly welcome guide with choices for a tour, brand setup, first flyer, and button help.
The welcome guide appears for a new account. You can reopen it from Help at any time.

Know your way around

The four tabs

Most of your work happens in four places.

01

Create

Start a new flyer. Add the details, look, pictures, format, and quality.

02

Projects

Find every flyer you made. Open one, request changes, or delete it.

03

Uploads

Keep logos, mascots, photos, and template references in one place.

04

Brand

Save colours, logo placement, logo size, and default mascots.

The guided studio map highlighting the Create, Projects, Uploads, and Brand tabs.
Create makes flyers. Projects keeps them. Uploads holds files. Brand saves your look.

The top bar

  • Workspace switches between businesses or teams.
  • Moon or sun changes the screen theme.
  • Help opens the guided tour and this guide.
  • Your account opens billing, account tools, new workspaces, and sign-out.

Set it once

Set up your brand

Your brand kit gives every new flyer a head start. You can change it later.

1

Upload your logo

Open Uploads. Choose Logos. Tap Upload Logos.

  • Use PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, or another common image file.
  • Use a short label such as “Main logo” or “White logo.”
  • Keep different logo versions as separate uploads.
2

Choose the logo spot

Open Brand. Expand the logo card.

  • Position chooses where the logo should sit.
  • Size controls how large it should feel.
  • Select or Unselect includes or leaves out that logo.
  • Note adds a small placement rule.
3

Make a palette from the logo

Tap Generate palette from this logo. Flyer Fly will pull a small set of colours.

Tap any swatch to fine-tune it. Add or remove colours if needed.

4

Or make your own palette

Tap New palette. Name it. Then change each swatch.

Use Make active when you want that palette to be the default.

5

Save the brand

Tap Save brand. Your logo rules and colours are now ready for Create.

The logo upload drawer with label, file picker, and Upload Logos button.
Give the logo a clear label, choose the file, then upload it.

The logo colours can be changed before you save.
A simple palette is enough. Three to five colours usually works well. Keep one dark colour for text and one bright colour for emphasis.

Your file shelf

Manage uploads

Uploads are saved inside the current workspace. They stay ready for future flyers.

Logos

Your main logo, white logo, partner logo, sponsor mark, or event logo.

Mascots

Characters, icons, or recurring artwork that should keep the same identity.

Photos

People, products, venues, food, events, or any real picture the flyer should use.

Templates

Flyers or designs you like. They guide the layout and visual mood.

Folders

Create folders for campaigns, clients, products, or events. Drag an upload onto a folder to move it.

  • All shows every file in the open upload type.
  • Unfiled shows files that are not in a folder.
  • Delete folder removes the folder. The uploads stay in the library.
  • Delete upload removes the actual file after you confirm.

Use the tabs to switch file types. The upload button follows the open tab.
Photo tip Use clear, well-lit pictures. Try to avoid screenshots with lots of buttons or text around the edge.

Start to finish

Make your first poster

This example was made inside the app. It starts with a blank brief and ends in Projects.

1

Add the flyer details

Open Create. Add the title, date, and place first.

Open Additional details for the rest:

  • Flyer type tells the app what you are making.
  • Audience says who should care.
  • Details holds the facts people need.
  • Contact gives them a way to reach you.
  • Call to action says what to do next.
Use the exact words you need. Check names, dates, prices, phone numbers, and spelling before you generate.
The Create page filled with an Island Makers Pop-Up title, date, location, brand colours, photo, mascot, and template.
The preview updates while you fill the brief and choose your assets.
2

Choose a look

Open Choose a template.

  • Pick one uploaded template, or leave it blank.
  • Use Style bracket when you want a ready-made visual direction.
  • Use Notes for a short request such as “keep it cheerful and easy to read.”
The Create page with the Template section open and a Warm event flyer template selected.
A template guides the look. Your flyer details and brand still drive the result.
3

Choose what the flyer should use

Open Pick supporting assets.

  • Edit brand changes logos and palettes.
  • Photos picks real pictures for this flyer.
  • Mascots picks optional characters or recurring art.
  • Only selected items guide this generation.
The Create page with the supporting assets section open, showing a logo, yellow palette, photo, and mascot.
Check the small previews before you generate.
4

Choose the format and quality

The controls sit on the preview.

  • 4:5 works well for a portrait feed post.
  • 1:1 is square.
  • 9:16 fits stories and status posts.
  • 16:9 is wide.
  • Higher quality uses more credits.
5

Tap Generate

Check the credit cost on the button. Then tap Generate.

Keep the page open while the poster is being made. The finished poster will open in Projects.

Always do one final read. Check every word before you post or print. Request a revision when something needs to move, grow, shrink, or change.

Keep improving it

Projects and revisions

Projects keeps every generated flyer in the current workspace.

1

Open a flyer

Tap a flyer card in the project list. The large preview will update.

2

Write one clear revision note

Say what should stay and what should change.

Example: “Keep the yellow look. Move the logo to the top-right. Make the date a little larger.”

3

Send the revision

Tap Send revision. The new version will appear as another project.

The Projects page with a clear revision note typed beside the finished poster.
Short, specific revision notes are easier to follow.

Workspace, account, and billing

Workspaces

Use a separate workspace for each business, brand, client, or team. Files, brand settings, projects, and billing stay with that workspace.

  • Use the top Workspace menu to switch.
  • Open your account menu and choose New workspace to add one.
  • Check the workspace name before you upload or generate.

Your account menu

  • Billing shows your plan, credits, and payment tools.
  • Manage account opens your sign-in and profile settings.
  • Read the guide opens this page.
  • Help & guided tour restarts the onscreen help.
  • Log out signs you out of the studio.

Credits

Your remaining credits appear in the top bar. The Generate button shows the cost before you use it. Higher image quality can cost more.

Billing belongs to the workspace. If something looks wrong, check which workspace is open before you change the plan.

Phone and tablet

Using Flyer Fly on your phone

The same tools are available on smaller screens. The navigation moves into the menu.

  • Tap the menu icon in the top-right.
  • Choose Create, Projects, Uploads, or Brand.
  • Workspace, theme, billing, Help, and sign-out are also in that menu.
  • Upload photos directly from your phone.
  • Turn the phone sideways if a wide preview feels cramped.
The tour works on mobile too. The guide becomes a smaller panel. The real button stays visible above it.

When something feels off

Troubleshooting

My file will not upload.

Try a common image file such as PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG. Make sure the file opens on your device. Then try again.

The logo colours do not look right.

Generate the palette again from a clearer logo. You can also tap each swatch and choose the exact colour yourself.

I cannot see my upload in Create.

Check the upload type. A photo must be in Photos. A mascot must be in Mascots. Then reopen the picker.

The Generate button will not work.

Add a title or some flyer details first. Then check your remaining credits in the top bar.

The poster used the wrong picture.

Open Pick supporting assets. Unselect the wrong picture. Select only the photos you want for this flyer.

The poster needs a small change.

Open Projects. Select the flyer. Write one clear revision note. Then tap Send revision.

I refreshed and ended up on the wrong page.

Open the studio again from app.flyerflytt.com. Your saved uploads and projects should still be there.

I want to restart the tutorial.

Open Help in the top bar. Choose Help & guided tour. Pick the part you want to see.
