We process account details, authentication identifiers, workspace settings, uploaded images and text, generated designs, usage records, billing status, and support communications needed to operate Flyer Fly TT.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide and secure the service, generate requested designs, store project history, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests.
3. Service providers
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, databases, object storage, AI generation, and payment processing. These providers process limited information on our behalf or as independent providers under their own terms. Current core providers include Clerk, Cloudflare, Google Gemini, and Lemon Squeezy.
4. Uploaded and generated content
Images, brand assets, copy, prompts, and generated designs are processed to deliver the features you request. Do not upload personal information or third-party content unless you have the right and authority to do so.
5. Billing information
Payment details are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy. Flyer Fly TT stores billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide access, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account, workspace, billing, and project records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request account or content deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or billing reasons.
7. Security
We use access controls, authenticated asset delivery, encrypted network connections, and managed infrastructure to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also cancel recurring billing through the available subscription portal.
9. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their contractual and technical safeguards apply to that processing.
10. Children
Flyer Fly TT is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date below identifies the current version.
